Christmas Carol Sing-A-Long Hosted by Pillar College

Pillar College will host a Christmas Carol Sing-A-Long on Thursday, December 7 th at 2:00 p.m.
at the Calvary Evangelical Free Church, 450 Fells Road in Essex Fells.

Rev. Timothy J. Mercaldo, Director of Worship Plus, who has performed worship ministry nationally and internationally for 30 years, will be at the piano. Dr. Clinton Parker III, Dean of the School of Business &
Leadership at Pillar College will bring the devotional message. “What Child Is This?” and “The
First Noel” will be presented by the Faith Center For The Arts Worship Team

Organizer of this Sing-A-Long, Dr. Wayne R. Dyer, Vice President Strategic Alliances at Pillar
College in announcing this year’s theme “Emmanuel Has Come To Earth” says this has become
an annual event.

“A rich heritage of Christmas carols has been passed on to us,” Dr. Dyer said. “Christmas carols
provide a rich form for God’s people to praise God. More than at any other time of the year, we
love to sing at Christmas. Singing the carols of Christmas puts us in touch with our past,
brightens our lives, and reminds us of God’s promises for the future.”

This event is open to the public and light refreshments will be served. There is no charge.
