The Faith, Hope, and Music Festival will be held Saturday September 7th from 4 to 7 p.m. on the Westminster Presbyterian Church Great Lawn in Middletown, NJ. The festival features performances by some of New Jersey’s best faith-based and Gospel bands.

This free, family-friendly event will showcase three of New Jersey’s most popular Christian and Faith-Based Soul Bands: The Crossroads Mission Band; Oracle; and award winning Next Generation of Soul. According to WPC Music Director Erika Sayar, who launched the festival three years ago, “We have fantastic bands scheduled that will be offering up everything from old favorite hymns played in new ways, to smooth contemporary Christian vibes, to an all-out 12-piece Christian soul band.  We’re really excited that the festival has evolved into a showcase for some remarkably  talented musicians and encourages people to sing, to listen, and to experience Christian music, both new and old, as a way to bond and strengthen their faith.”

The event has hit a high note with attendees since its first outing in 2017. Festival-goers can enjoy light savory fare at the Garden of Eatin’ with healthy salads and wraps from Freshii of Middletown and sweet treats from the WPC Daily Bread Bakery offering baked goods using ingredients from the church’s Community PAR Garden. Between music sets, people can mingle and pass time playing horseshoes, badminton, and more in the Good News Game Zones.

There’s is ample parking available on the Westminster Church campus grounds and seating is on-the-lawn casual so attendees should bring a chair or blanket.
