Three statewide prayer ministries are uniting to host the “Taking the Seven Mountains of Influence” prayer event on Wednesday, May 5, from 5-7 p.m., at the entrance to the State House Annex in Trenton. The New Jersey National Day of Prayer, Aglow International New Jersey, and Pray NJ will host the event.
“We will worship the Lord in Spirit and Truth,” said Pat Wenzel, director of Pray NJ. “We will look at what the Lord is doing in each one of our New Jersey mountains of influence and declare a multiplication of what the Lord our God is doing. We believe God has His remnant in each mountain of influence. We want to partner with Him where He is doing a work. We will co-labor with our Lord to bring a multiplication of Kingdom or life giving transformation, in every mountain of influence in New Jersey.”
The seven mountains of influence include: Arts & Entertainment, Business, Education, Family, Government, Media, and Religion. Holy Spirit-led worship will be hosted by Prophetic Worship Leader Jamie Fitt Jr. of Philadelphia.
May 5th is the evening before the National Day of Prayer. “At the end of the evening, we will open the gateway to the nation from the gateway state to Holy Spirit. We will welcome the King of Glory to come in and sweep across the nation,” said Wenzel. Guests are asked to arrive with their own chair. The gathering will take place regardless of weather so please come dressed to be outdoors. Parking is available on the street, in the Capitol garage and in area parking garages.
